Deutsch Lernen (A1): Ganzer Film Auf Deutsch - "Nicos Weg" is a collection of several short films in Deutsch. This movie is educational for people who are interested in learning German. It gives us how is the daily conversation in Germany, how the culture is there, and about people there. This video was posted by Deutsch Lernen mit der DW on youtube on March 15th, 2019. In my opinion, this movie is really great and pretty interesting for all of us which are still in the learning stage. The topic for the daily conversation is not really hard to understand. And it shows how the daily life in Germany, how's life in there, and how's people behave with strangers in Germany.
The movie starts with a man named Nico is hearing an audio of people speaking Deutch. He is in the elevator while listening to it. He is at the airport looks like he just arrive in Germany. Then, there is a little girl pocked to him. The girl is speaking in german and Nico still don't get it. He's still learning how to greet someone in german. Somebody grabbed the girl away from Nico and leave. Nico finally in the outside of the airport and meet again with the girl which pocked him earlier. The girl can't blow a bubble and Nico helps her. Carelessly, Nico was not careful with his bag earlier. A stranger who looked like he's really busy with his job puts his bag next to Nico's bag. He takes a taxi and the taxi driver puts all of the stranger's bags inside the car trunk. This man looked in a hurry, so the taxi driver immediately drives the taxi to his destination.
In the apartment, Lisa introduced Nico to her friends, Sebastian and Nina. Sebastian and Nina are preparing a party in their apartment. Nico and Lisa helped them too. After preparing a party, Nico was introduced again to Nawin who lived in the apartment too. Turns out, Newin will move from there. They celebrated it by eating pizza together.
At night, the party begins. Nico meet Selma and they were paired into one team in a game. Selma from Damaskus, Syren. The party theme is international. Marc from France, Sascha from Russia, Newin from Thailand, and Selma from Syren. And also Nico from Spanien too! Not just come from many countries. Lisa and Nico's friends also can speak any language. Nico can speak Spanish, little English, and little Deutsch. Lisa can speak Deutsch, English, and Italienisch but not too good. Newin can speak Thai, Chinese, English, Deutsch, French, and Italienisch. Sebastian had good news for Nico that somebody know where is the addressed Yara's bicycle shop. Of course, that makes Nico excited and happy to hear that.
The next morning, Lisa is in a hurry because she has to teach her student in her Deutsch course. Lisa promise to Nico that she will take Nico to Yara's address after finish her class. In Lisa's class, the topic is about Artikel in Deutsch. In Lisa's class, many note sticks written the Deutsch of some things with the Artikel, hope it can make her student memorize many things in Deutsch. Even when the class not yet finish, Nico already wait for Lisa. He's cannot wait any longer to meet his aunt. At the same time, Lisa was contacted by a person that will live in Newin's room. Because Newin will be moving out to French. On the way, Lisa and Nico playing guessing things that have characteristics that they say. After arrived at the destination, sadly they cannot find Yara's bicycle shop. Looks like someone gives them the wrong address. Unluckily, Nico, and Lisa must go back to their apartment.
At the bus stop, Lisa told Nico that they had problems. Nico can't stay in Lisa's friend apartment again because it's already 2 days passed. Their heater is already broken. Sebastian, Nawin, Nina, and Lisa will go on holiday too. Nico thought that he will stay in a hotel, but Lisa reject him. The hotel is too expensive! Lisa recommending Nico to stay at a hostel and Lisa already contacted one of her friends.
The person who will rent Newin's room has already come. But Sebastian and Newin looked like they don't like this person. Because this man is not tidy and unclean. The next person is looked like a rock person. He said that he will put all his things all over the living room. Of course, Lisa and friends eject that person. Another person comes too, she is really a clean person. So she's like a clean and quiet place. She was shocked after hearing that there is only 1 bathroom and they have to use it in turns. So she decided to not choose that room to rent.
When Nico is alone, Lisa takes him to Max and Tarek restaurant. They have a fun conversation while waiting for Lisa to pick up Nico. Lisa told Max and Tarek, that Nico didn't have any place to stay. Their conversation was heard by Inge, a kind old lady. Inge offers Nico to stay at her house. And Nico and Lisa agreed with that.
Before Lisa and friends leaving for the holiday, Lisa's father found Yara's shop address. Nico and friends were so happy. Lisa bought him there. Sadly in there, there are no Yara. Nico's aunt is like missing to nowhere. Even Yara's friends don't know either where Yara is going. And it was decided that Nico must be living with Inge for a while until Yara has come back.
While living with Inge, Nico taught many things about daily life in Germany. And Nico meet Selma again while Selma found his long lost bag. Nico checked all his stuff and he's missing some of his clothes. So, Selma asks him to go shopping with her. Selma and Nico buy many clothes for the two of them.
And in the end, when Max and Nico repaired some bicycles in Yara's shop. And the moment that we are waiting for, Yara has already come back! Yara is really shocked like why Nico is here. While Nico and Max looked relax while answering Yara's questions.
The dialog part that I really like from here is the part when Yara is shouting at someone who they didn't show up in this film. the dialogs are:
"Wie fährst du denn?"
"Und dann auch noch hupen!"
"Lern doch mal richtig Auto fahren!"
Translate:
"How are you driving?"
"And then honk too!"
"Learn to drive a car properly!"
Her sound is sound too cute. I never heard how German people angry sound like. And Yara give me a clear example of how german people shouting and angry. If you repeated that, Yara's sound is really beautiful and sounded strong! If any of you want to hear that go to 1:43:05 in the video.
Actually, I have already seen this movie when I and my friends learning german in an additional class in our school. But I rewatch it again and found many things that I missed and skipped. And for the first time I watch it until finish. In the previous, I never watch it until finish. I'm the typical people that always skipped a scene that I think it is not important to watch.
I really like this movie! I learned so much about Deutschland and the peoples. I hope you guys enjoying the film more than I do. Okay then,
